Rice Pudding with Milk and Cinnamon

Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 cup of sugar

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine the rinsed rice, milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
- Once the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.
- Simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency.
