Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds, then stir until fully melted and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg to the dry ingredients. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
