Mexican Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup of refried beans
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup of corn kernels (canned or frozen)
- 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro (for garnish)
- Olive oil (for brushing)
- Sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread a layer of refried beans evenly on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the beans, followed by diced tomatoes, black olives, corn, and taco seasoning.
- Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and brush the edges lightly with olive oil.
