Ingredients
- 500 grams of shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and peas)
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 cup of cream or milk
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.
