Smoked Meat Sandwich with Melted Cheese

Ingredients
- 200g smoked meat, sliced
- 4 slices of your favorite cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 sandwich rolls or bread slices
- 2 tablespoons of mustard or your preferred condiment
- Fresh lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for toasting
Instructions
- Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add a little butter to the pan.
- Slice the sandwich rolls in half and spread mustard on the inside of each half.
- Layer the smoked meat generously on the bottom half of each roll.
- Add the cheese slices on top of the smoked meat.
- Place fresh lettuce leaves and tomato slices on top of the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then cover with the top half of the roll.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
