Seafood Soup with Crispy Lavash Bread

Ingredients
- 500g mixed seafood (shrimp, fish, calamari)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 4 cups fish broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Crispy lavash bread for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Pour in the fish broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the mixed seafood and cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the coconut milk. Add paprika, salt, and pepper, adjusting the seasoning to your taste.
- Let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
