1 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
