Ingredients
- 2 cups of mixed greens (such as romaine, parsley, and mint)
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced

- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 pita bread, toasted and broken into pieces
- 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens, then chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the greens, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, bell pepper, and green onion.
