Ingredients
1 pack of instant noodles
2 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
4 cups of water
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
In a pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
Pour in the water and bring it to a boil.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes, or until they are tender.
Stir in the instant noodles along with the seasoning packet that comes with them. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
