How to Prepare Fried Pasta
This dish combines perfectly cooked pasta with a delightful blend of spices, pan-fried to achieve a golden color and a crispy texture. It’s an ideal choice for a quick meal or a hearty side dish!
Ingredients
- 250g of pasta (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon of paprika (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Firstly, boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until they become translucent.
- Add the diced bell pepper and cook for a few more minutes until softened.
- Reduce the heat and incorporate the cooked pasta into the skillet. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the pasta to fry slightly and gain a crispy texture.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot.
