Ingredients
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup coconut oil or butter
1 cup sweetener (sugar, honey, agave syrup, or any preferred sweetener)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil (or butter) over low heat. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
Once melted, remove from heat and add the cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
Pour the mixture into chocolate molds or a flat baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or until the chocolate is fully set and firm.
Once set, remove the chocolate from the molds or cut it into pieces if using a baking dish.
Serving Suggestions
Enjoy the chocolate on its own or use it as a topping for desserts, a dip for fruits, or a layer in cakes and pastries.
