Fruit Sorbet Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh fruit (such as strawberries, mangoes, or peaches)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and chop the fruit into small pieces.
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add the chopped fruit and lemon juice to the sugar mixture. Stir well and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool. Once cooled, blend it until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
- After an hour, stir the mixture with a fork to break up any ice crystals. Repeat this process every 30 minutes for about 2-3 hours until the sorbet is firm but still scoopable.
