300g pasta of your choice (penne or fusilli work well)
200ml heavy cream
150g mozzarella cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir continuously until the cream thickens slightly.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese into the skillet and stir until melted and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
