- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Whisk the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved and everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to an airtight container.
- Freeze the ice cream for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- When ready to serve, scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and enjoy!
