How to Make Chicken Shawarma Fatta with Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
- 500g of chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pieces of Arabic bread, toasted
- 1 cup of rice, cooked
- 1 cup of tahini sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the chicken evenly with the spices.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
