Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk alternative)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips for added texture
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- If desired, fold in any nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, giving them some space to spread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
