Sweet Banana and Melted Chocolate Spring Roll Recipe

- 8 spring roll wrappers
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100g melted chocolate (dark or milk)
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Begin by peeling the bananas and cutting them into thin slices.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface, with one corner facing you.
- Place a few slices of banana in the center of the wrapper, and drizzle some melted chocolate over them.
- Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll it up tightly to seal.
- Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the spring rolls, frying them until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove the spring rolls from the pan and drain on paper towels.
