Easy Meat Filling for Ramadan Samosas

Ingredients
- 500 grams of ground beef or lamb
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
- Stir in the ground meat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Cook until browned.
- Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- If desired, mix in the chopped cilantro for added flavor.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool before using it as a filling in your samosas.
