2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Whisk in the cocoa powder until fully blended and smooth.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
