Turkish Vegetable Soup with Orzo

Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
