Ingredients
- 500g ground chicken
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and all the spices including salt and cilantro.
- Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
- Add the beaten egg to the mixture to help bind the ingredients together.
- Shape the mixture into small round kofta balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the kofta balls in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Once cooked, remove the kofta from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
