5-Minute Quesadilla Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
- Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, and spread half of the pizza sauce on top.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add your desired toppings.
- Spread the remaining pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese over the second tortilla.
- Carefully place the second tortilla on top of the first one in the skillet.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip it over.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted.
