- 2 cups of wheat (harees grain)

- Water (enough to cover the ingredients)

Instructions
- Soak the wheat in water for at least 4 hours or overnight to soften it.
- In a large pot, heat the ghee or oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

- Drain the soaked wheat and add it to the pot along with salt, black pepper, and any optional spices you desire.
